This hotel is in the heart of the city center, making it very convenient to explore. You can easily walk to the main tourist sites such as Las Ramblas and the Sagrada Familia. The staff are friendly and there is no language barrier. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and great showers. The hotel also offers room service at affordable prices.

One downside is that the air-conditioning system may not work well, so you may need to open the windows in the summer to cool down.

We loved staying at this place during our trip! The location was perfect as we could easily walk to all the hot spots in central Barcelona. The hotel offered great services including room service, car hire, bicycle hire, and grocery shopping service which made our stay more convenient. Also, the in-room amenities were luxurious and comfortable with a sitting area, terrace, in-room safe and more. The staff who gave great service and the special welcome drink was a nice touch. Although we thought the staff could benefit from customer service training, it didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, particularly the bathrooms. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast make your stay even more enjoyable.

There could be some improvement in the soundproofing as there was noise from both the cleaning staff and other guests.

The location near the Catalunya Plaza is excellent. Drop off point for the airport bus, steps from a metro station. Close to Las Ramblas and major tourist sites. Good size room with a small sitting area. Windows open for cool breeze and view of the pool. Staff member who checked us in was very nice and spoke fluent English. Hotel has old world elegance, comfortable and offers small extras like a water dispenser and great value.

We were delighted with the room upgrade we received upon arrival, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit was a lovely surprise. The delicious breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. a wonderful hotel experience.
